Privacy Policy

DROP TEMPMAIL is a temporary email service. We provide disposable email addresses to help protect your privacy and reduce spam. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how long we keep it.

1. What we collect

• Temporary email addresses and related account identifiers (created automatically).
• Messages sent to the temporary inbox (subject, sender, message body) while the address exists.
• Basic operational logs (timestamps, IP address, user agent) for abuse prevention and service health.

2. How we use data

We use collected data only to provide the temporary email service: deliver messages to your inbox, display message contents in the UI, and prevent abuse. We do not use personal data for profiling or advertising.

3. Retention

Temporary addresses and their messages are retained only for the lifetime shown in the app (by default 10 minutes) unless extended by the user. After expiration, messages and account identifiers are deleted from our active systems. Logs used for abuse prevention may be retained for up to 30 days in anonymized form.

4. Sharing & third parties

We do not sell or share your inbox contents with third parties except when required by law or to protect the service from abuse (for example, sharing limited data with hosting providers or abuse handlers).

5. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect data while stored and in transit. However, because addresses are temporary and intended for disposable use, do not use them for sensitive personal information (banking passwords, two-factor codes for important accounts, etc.).

6. Your choices

You can delete or change your temporary address at any time using the app. Once an address is deleted, messages are removed from the active inbox.
